You should alsolubricate your razor regularly to reduce the heat generated during use and to minimize the wear of the blades and foils (more on that later on). Properly cleaning and lubricating the shaver will also help to reduce the wear, so again you may get even more shaves out of it. However, in your situation and depending on how serious the condition of your skin will be, you may not be able to use an electric shaver at all (that is to cut the hairs at skin level).
